Terms & Conditions

QUOTATION & ACCEPTANCE

By accepting Be Clean Ltd's service by telephone, e-mail, or fax, the customer agrees to be bound by Be Clean Ltd's Terms and Conditions.
All prices are subject to an inspection of the customer's property or detailed quotation over the phone which shall remain valid for a period of 30 days.
Be Clean Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client's original requirements change.

CANCELLATION

The customer may cancel the scheduled cleaning job at least 24 hours prior to the agreed start time.

The customer shall be required to pay £50.00 cancellation fee if the customer cancels or changes the date/time less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
The customer shall be required to pay £50.00 cancellation fee in the event of a lock-out caused by our operators being turned away; no one home to let them in; or a problem with customer's keys.

PAYMENT

All outstanding balances for the services carried out are payable by cash, cheque upon completion of the job on the day of the service. Cheques are to be made payable to "Be Clean Ltd."
If paying by cheque, the customer will be responsible for all bank and legal charges resulting from a dishonoured cheque.

CLAIMS / GUARANTEE

Be Clean Ltd has a public and employer's liability insurance.
Be Clean Ltd’s operators have public liability insurance. Their policies will cover any accidental damages caused by an operative working on behalf of Be Clean Ltd.
The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage/damage or presumed theft must be reported within 24 hours from our service date.
The customer or a customer's representative must be present at the time of completion of the job so an inspection can be carried out and any corrections made on site on the same day. If the customer has scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to commence no later than 24 hours after the cleaning job has been completed.

All fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery, items of sentimental value (cash value only), art and antiques.

Whilst every effort is made to prevent damage, Be Clean Ltd and it's operators shall not be responsible for: cleaning jobs not complete due to the lack of suitable cleaning materials and/or equipment in full working order, i.e hot water or power; third party entering or present at the customer's premises during the cleaning process; shrinkage to carpets that are poorly fitted; damage to upholstery where cleaning instructions are not clearly visible; wear or discolouring of fabric becoming more visible once dirt has been removed; failing to remove old/permanent stains that cannot be removed using standard carpet cleaning methods; existing damage or spillage that cannot be cleaned/removed completely using standard cleaning equipment.

In the unlikely event that an end of tenancy clean is not up to inventory standards, it will be re-serviced free of charge. We guarantee our services will be of sufficient standard to get your Tenancy Deposit back - provided there are no issues beyond our control.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, in accordance with the pre-written quote Be Clean Ltd's operators will re-clean any areas and items to the customer's satisfaction. Be Clean Ltd is unable to offer a refund on services provided.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant United Kingdom law, and by agreeing to be bound by them the customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts of the United Kingdom.

PRIVACY POLICY

Be Clean Ltd respects your privacy.
The only personal information we capture has been specifically submitted to us through forms clearly identified for that purpose. Where we do ask you to provide personal information (such as name, email address and telephone number), this information will be used solely for the purpose stated, or to contact you with relevant information.

Under no circumstances will this information be shared with third parties. If you wish to remove or change your information held by us, we will promptly take action to comply with your request.

CHANGES TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice.
